Grain and Corn - Class G/C

Grade 12 and under as of June 1, 2011

Section

1. Indian Corn, 3 cobs with husks attached

Vegetables and Fruit - Class V/F

1. Chose medium sized carrots, potatoes and beets.
2. Choose regular shaped specimens.
3. Choose specimens as nearly the same shape and size as possible.
4. Cut tops off leaving only 1 inch.
5. Polish with dry cloth. Wipe mud and dirt off.
6. Choose large onions. Bend the tops over some time before pulling so that the tops stop growing. After pulling, allow the onions to dry in the sun. Do not peel.
7. Choose large squash.
8. Potatoes must not be washed.
9. Pumpkins and Squash must have stems on.
