Applicable Agricultural Hall Rental Rate:

Daily Rental Rates

Hall (Saturday and New Year’s Eve)	$ 325.00
Hall (Wedding Package: includes all day Friday and Saturday until an agreed upon time on Sunday)	$ 400.00
Hall (Monday thru Friday and Sunday)	$ 25.00 per hour 3-Hour Minimum ($75.00) maximum $150.00 Hall rental includes the use of the main hall, bar, coatroom, tables and chairs.


Kitchen Rental (includes the use of the kitchen facilities including all appliances, use of dishes and utensils.)	$75.00 per event
Kitchen Rental ( room only without appliances, dishes and utensils)	$30.00 per event

Catering

The Drumbo Agricultural Society provides catering services and reserves the first right of refusal for catered events. A fee of $1.00 per person will apply when an outside caterer is brought in. This will be in lieu of the kitchen use fee of $75.00.

A $100.00 security deposit is required at time of booking the rental date.
A $350.00 security Deposit is required at time of booking for Buck & Doe events, Stags or similar functions.
The security deposit shall be returned within a 2-week period after the function has taken place.
The security deposit will not be deducted from the hall rental fee.

The rental fee shall be paid prior to the function and prior to obtaining keys to the facilities.

Capacity

The maximum number of persons permitted in the Hall is 200 people in accordance with the Fire Code and Liquor Licensing Act.
