1:00 p.m. -Judging & displaying of exhibits. Hall & tent not open to public until 7:00 p.m.
7:00 p.m. -Gates Open
-Exhibit Hall & Tent open until 8:00 p.m. only
-Homecraft food booth - homemade desserts, coffee, cold drinks, snacks
-Silent Auction Opens
8:00 p.m. -"A Musical Showcase"
-Official Opening of the Fair by Jay Wells, former NHL hockey player
-Presentation of bursary to Jaclyn Pynenburg, 2009 Fair Ambassador
-Greetings from Virginia Dibble, 2010 Fair Ambassador

4:00 p.m. -Draw for hot air balloon ride and other prizes
4:30 p.m. -Candy Toss on the bales of hay
4:30 - 5:30 p.m. -Removal of Exhibits
4:30 - 5:30 p.m. -School Fair Prize Money available in School Fair area of tent
5:30 p.m. -Fair is closed
