  2. Exhibitors are advised to have pictures framed and provided with means of hanging, otherwise thumbtacks may be used to display the entry.
  3. Where an organization makes an entry, the name of the artist or craftsman must be listed on the entry form.
  4. Any article may be sold after judging is complete.
  5. OLD WORK WILL BE RULED OUT.
