Fair Vendors 2019
All Vendors download Drumbo Fair Vendor Application 2019 here and must submit to Drumbo Agricultural Society 14 days prior to the fair.
All Food Vendors also download Special Event Vendor Form 2019 new and must submit directly to Public Health 14 days prior to the fair.
Applications are subject to approval by Drumbo Agricultural Society (DAS)
Fee must accompany the application. If not approved, payment will be returned. Once accepted, fee is non-refundable.
DAS reserves the right to assign booth space locations.
Vendor booths are to be in place by 9:00 a.m. Saturday and remain in place until Sunday afternoon at 4:30 p.m. You may begin to pack up starting at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday but actual removal begins at 4:30 p.m.
DAS reserves the right to halt sales of any item deemed inappropriate or offensive.
Note: Fair is open to the public on:
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Sunday: 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Drumbo Fair attracts approximately 2,500 people over the weekend.
BOOTHS for non-food vendors:
Space is approximately 10 feet by 10 feet. All vendors will be located outside.
You must supply your own tables, chairs and pop-up tents.
No access to hydro. No open flames or burning candles.
Register at the Fair Office in the Exhibit Hall when you arrive to receive instructions on booth location and to pick up passes (if applicable).
Set Up Times are Friday afternoon between 4:00 - 5:30 p.m. and Saturday morning prior to 9:00 a.m. only. For the safety of all, vehicles must be removed to the designated parking area before 9:00 a.m. Saturday and remain there until 4:30 p.m. Sunday.
It is the responsibility of the vendor to secure wares. The DAS supplies overnight security only.
I, as a participant of Drumbo Fair do hereby release from all liability the Drumbo Agricultural Society, including their employees, representatives and volunteers, for any injuries, illnesses or other claims for damages that may be incurred by, or be caused by, breach of contract or negligence. I also agree to abide by the above Conditions of Registration.
