IMPORTANT DATES:
ENTRIES CLOSE: Register your entries by end of day on Sunday, September 17, 2023.
BRING EXHIBITS: On Wednesday, September 20, 2023 between 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm bring exhibits to the Big Tent at the fairgrounds. Yellow entry tags to be attached before bringing items to the fairgrounds.
REMOVE EXHIBITS: Sunday, September 24, 2023 between 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm

- Pictures must have been taken by EXHIBITOR in the past year.
- No enlargements.
- All photos must be mounted on stiff paper or thin cardboard.
- Place entry tag on upper Right Hand corner for ease of display.

YOUTH POSTER - Section YP
Theme: Promoting "Drumbo Fall Fair"
- Poster Size: Minimum of 8.5" x 11" (22 cm x 28 cm) to maximum of 11" x 17" (28 cm x 44 cm) without border.
- Include the name and dates of the fair prominently on your poster.
- Poster must be completely hand drawn and be your own design. NO computer generated images, embellishments, i.e. stickers, foam pieces.
- Each entry must be mounted on card stock or Bristol board with a 5.5 cm border.
- Clearly label on the back of poster: artist's name, age, grade, school and Class 1,2 or 3.
- Winning entries will represent our fair at the Youth Poster Competition held at the fall Ontario Association of Agricultural Societies (OAAS) District Meeting. District winners will compete for monetary prizes at the OAAS Convention.
- Judging Standards: Overall appearance, 50 points; Creativity and Design, 35 points; Criteria (following the above guidelines), 15 points.
Prizes: $5.00 - $4.00 - $3.00
- Class 1: Junior up to and including Grade 4
- Class 2: Intermediate Grade 5 to Grade 8
- Class 3: Senior Grade 9 to Grade 12
