ENTRY TAGS 2024 

ALL entries must be completed online or on printed forms filled out and signed by the exhibitor. Printed forms must be received by midnight Sunday, September 15 .

IMPORTANT DATES:

ENTRIES CLOSE midnight Sunday, September 15, 2024.

BRING EXHIBITS on Wednesday, September 18, 2024 between 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm to the Exhibit Hall at the fairgrounds. White entry tags to be attached before bringing items to the fairgrounds.

REMOVE EXHIBITS on Sunday, September 22, 2024 between 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm. Prize money cheques to be picked up at this time.

RULES

  1. ALL EXHIBITS MUST BE THE WORK OF THE EXHIBITOR AND MUST HAVE BEEN DONE IN THE LAST 2 YEARS.
  2. Exhibits must not have been entered before at Drumbo Fair.
  3. Judges of this class are authorized by the directors of the Society to disqualify all old, soiled and defaced work, and instructed to award prizes to new and up-to-date work. In case of no competition, unless the work is worthy, the prize money will be withheld.
  4. All pictures must be ready to hang.
  5. Organizations Showing a Display Must Enter in the Open Classes.
  6. Attach entry tags to entries.
CHRISTMAS - Section "CH"

  1. Chemo Hat - Use vibrant colours, pattern of your choice. All entries donated to Woodstock Hospital, Chemo Unit. Sponsored by Joyce Strickler.
  2. Preemie Cap - Entries donated to local hospital. Sponsored by Joyce Strickler.
  3. Preemie blanket - Approximately 32"x32". Entries donated to local hospital.Sponsored by Joyce Strickler.
  4. "Welcome Basket or Box" - filled with non-perishable items. Entries donated to Domestic Abuse Services, Oxford (DASO)Sponsored in memory of Jean Shoemaker by her family.
  5. Fidget Quilt - maximum size 144" measured on the perimeter. Quilt to be square. Include different textures such as fake fur, satin, zippers, etc. Entries donated to Oxford County residents living with dementia & Alzheimer diseases. Sponsored by Elaine Campbell.

4-H - Section "4H"

All current youth members with Oxford 4-H may enter. No membership required.
