ALL entries must be completed online anytime between August 16 to midnight, Sunday, September 14 or on printed forms filled out and signed by the exhibitor. Printed forms must be received by midnight, Sunday, September 14 .

BRING EXHIBITS on Wednesday, September 17, 2025 between 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm to the Exhibit Hall at the fairgrounds. White entry tags to be attached before bringing items to the fairgrounds. Pay $12 membership at this time.
REMOVE EXHIBITS on Sunday, September 21, 2025 between 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm. Pick up winnings cheque.
RULES
- No mixes or commercial fillings or pastries allowed.
- All bread and loaves to be in plastic bags. Standard size pan approximately 23x13x7.5 cm or 9"x5"x3". Do not trim or alter breads or loaves in any manner.
- Cupcake papers to be left in place. All muffin papers to be removed.
- Place smaller items, i.e. cookies, muffins, tarts, etc. on appropriately sized paper or plastic plate inside a ziplock bag.
- Cakes to be removed from pan; placed on sturdy base and in a plastic bag or covered with plastic wrap.
Prizes: 1st: $5, 2nd: $3, 3rd: $2.50. Exceptions: Baking classes 5 and 21: 1st: $10, 2nd: $8, 3rd: $5 and Culinary Specials: 1st: $15, 2nd: $10, 3rd: $5.
