Adult Volunteer Opportunities
It takes many volunteers to create the Drumbo Fair. There's always room for your help, skills & ideas. If you have 2 or more hours to spare, please let us know. Examples of some of the areas are:
- Saturday, September 13 (morning) - Set up of Exhibit and Agricultural Hall
- Monday, September 15 (evening) - Set up bleachers, displays, etc. in Big Tent
- Wednesday, September 17 - 4:00 to 8:00 pm - Receive exhibits & place ready for judging
- Thursday, September 18 - Display exhibits after judging
- Friday, September 19 - Display exhibits after judging, grounds setup
- Saturday, September 20 & Sunday, September 21 - all 2 hours shifts. Areas include: gates, pie booth, monitors in Exhibit Hall and Big Tent
- Sunday, September 21 - 4:30 & on - dismantling of fair
