7:00 p.m. -Gates Open
-Exhibit Hall & Tent open until 8:00 p.m. only
-Homecraft food booth - pie, coffee, cold drinks, snacks
-Silent Auction Opens
8:00 p.m. -Official Opening of the Fair by Reg Cressman, General Manager,
 Country Heritage Park, Milton
-Presentation of bursary to Danielle DeGrace, 2008 Fair Ambassador
-Greetings from Jaclyn Pynenburg, 2009 Fair Ambassador
