It is my pleasure to welcome all our friends, neighbours and distant visitors to the 161st Drumbo Fall Fair.  I invite you to come and share the weekend with us. Our Fair is a truly wonderful family experience. The theme this year: Barns - It's a Country Thing.

My duties as Fair Ambassador started on August 21, 2010. I had a wonderful time at the 160th Drumbo Fair leading the Pet Parade with Olympic torchbearer, Kris Sangers, and the two oversized red Olympic mittens. My favourite activity at the Fair was handing out ribbons to the competitors in the Beef and Horse Shows.

Since then, I have had the pleasure of attending the Fair Appreciation Night, fundraisers and OAAS Convention in Toronto. I am looking forward to participating in the CNE Ambassador Competition in August.

I would like to thank everybody for their support over the past year. Being the Drumbo Fair Ambassador was a great experience. My duties helped me improve my public speaking skills and gave me the opportunity to meet other Ambassadors from across the province.
