Fair Vendors 2012
Non-Food Vendors may download Application form here and submit to the fair office by September 1st.
Food Vendors: please contact Jackie Rodger 519-632-7500 directly for information. Do not use the non-food vendor form.
Conditions for Non-Food Vendors:
(DAS) reserves the right to assign booth space locations.
Applications and payment must be received by September 1st.
Fee of $40.00 must accompany your application. If not approved, payment will be returned. Once accepted, fee is non-refundable.
Vendor booths are to be in place by 9:00 a.m. Saturday and remain in place until Sunday afternoon at 4:30 p.m. You may begin to pack up starting at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday but actual removal begins at 4:30 p.m.
DAS reserves the right to halt sales of any item deemed inappropriate or offensive.
Note: Buildings and Tents are open to the public on:
Friday evening 7:00-8:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Sunday: 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Drumbo Fair attracts approximately 2,000 over the weekend.
BOOTHS:
Space is 8 feet by 8 feet. If you plan to be outside you will need to supply your own pop up tent, if required.
Limited hydro access. This is assigned on a first come, first served basis at time of application.
You must supply your own tables, chairs, extension cords (if pre-approved for hydro).
SET UP:
Register at the Fair Office in the Agricultural Hall when you arrive to receive instructions on booth location and to pick up your 2 free passes.
Set Up Times are Friday afternoon between 12:00 - 5:00 p.m. and Saturday morning prior to 9:00 a.m. only. For the safety of all, vehicles must be removed to the designated parking before 9:00 a.m. Saturday and remain there until 4:30 p.m. Sunday.
PASSES:
Two passes only will be issued for the weekend. Additional daily passes at $6.00 per day may be purchased from a gatekeeper during the fair, or, purchased at time of application.
SECURITY:
It is the responsibility of the vendor to secure wares. The DAS supplies overnight security only.
