Fair Vendors 2013

All Vendors may download Application form here and submit 14 days prior to the fair.

All Food Vendors also must download Oxford County Special Events Food Vendor form and submit directly to Public Health 14 days prior to the fair.

Conditions:

(DAS) reserves the right to assign booth space locations.

Applications, payment and Certificate of Insurance naming "Drumbo Fair" as additional named insured must be received a minimum of 14 days prior to the fair.

Fee (if applicable) must accompany the application. If not approved, payment will be returned. Once accepted, fee is non-refundable.

Vendor booths are to be in place by 9:00 a.m. Saturday and remain in place until Sunday afternoon at 4:30 p.m. You may begin to pack up starting at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday but actual removal begins at 4:30 p.m.

DAS reserves the right to halt sales of any item deemed inappropriate or offensive.

Note: Buildings and Tents are open to the public on:

Friday evening 7:00-8:00 p.m.

Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Sunday: 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Drumbo Fair attracts approximately 2,000 people over the weekend.

BOOTHS for non-food vendors:

Space is 8 feet by 8 feet.

You must supply your own tables, chairs and pop-up tents.

SET UP:

Register at the Fair Office in the Exhibit Hall when you arrive to receive instructions on booth location and to pick up passes (if applicable).

Set Up Times are Friday afternoon between 4:00 - 5:30 p.m. and Saturday morning prior to 9:00 a.m. only. For the safety of all, vehicles must be removed to the designated parking area before 9:00 a.m. Saturday and remain there until 4:30 p.m. Sunday.

SECURITY:

It is the responsibility of the vendor to secure wares. The DAS supplies overnight security only.

WAIVER:

I, as a participant of Drumbo Fair do hereby release from all liability the Drumbo Agricultural Society, including their employees, representatives and volunteers, for any injuries, illnesses or other claims for damages that may be incurred by, or be caused by, breach of contract or negligence. I also agree to abide by the above Conditions of Registration.
