RULES

  1. Exhibitors will be assigned a permanent  Drumbo Agricultural Society (DAS) Membership number. No membership fee for 2021 only. Fair's Share (formerly Entry Fee:)15% of winnings unless otherwise stated. 
  2. No Fair's Share deduction or membership required for junior exhibitors (classes 9, 10 and 21) unless entering other classes. 
  3. Each exhibitor is responsible for his/her own liability insurance, and may be required to show proof.
  4. No exhibitor may show more than two entries in Line Classes. Hitch classes  18-20  & 22-24: there must be two exhibitors (or more) in a class or breeds will be shown together.
  5. Exhibitors must wear number in show ring.

  1. Best Heavy Horse on the Grounds - for best Belgian, Clydesdale, Percheron or Shire Draft Horse on line. Sponsored by Draft Horse Committee in memory of Doug Mordue.

HITCH CLASSES

Classes 13-17, 21 and 25 - All breeds show together

Hitch Classes 18-20, 22-24: There must be two exhibitors (or more) in a class or breeds will be shown together.

  1. Four Horse Hitch, all breeds, not necessarily owned by one exhibitor. Judged: 25% wagon and equipment, 25% horses and 50% performance.
  2. Unicorn Hitch, all breeds, not necessarily owned by one exhibitor
  3. Heavy Draft Team, all breeds
  4. Lady Driver accompanied by another person. Proper attire. Driver 16+ years. Flowers by Sobey's, Paris
  5. Light Draft Team, all breeds
