GENERAL RULES & REGULATIONS 2023

ALL entries must be completed online or on printed forms filled out and signed by the exhibitor. Printed forms must be received by midnight Sunday, September 17 .

IMPORTANT DATES:

ENTRIES CLOSE midnight Sunday, September 17, 2023.

BRING EXHIBITS on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 between 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm to the Exhibit Hall at the fairgrounds. White entry tags to be attached before bringing items to the fairgrounds.

REMOVE EXHIBITS on Sunday, September 24, 2023 between 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm. Prize money cheques to be picked up at this time.

RULES

  1. ALL EXHIBITS MUST BE THE WORK OF THE EXHIBITOR AND MUST HAVE BEEN DONE IN THE LAST 2 YEARS.
  2. Exhibits must not have been entered before at Drumbo Fair.
  3. Judges of this class are authorized by the directors of the Society to disqualify all old, soiled and defaced work, and instructed to award prizes to new and up-to-date work. In case of no competition, unless the work is worthy, the prize money will be withheld.
  4. All pictures must be ready to hang.
  5. Organizations Showing a Display Must Enter in the Open Classes.
  6. Attach entry tags to entries.
